Disconnect to Reconnect
March 13-14, 2020

people holding their phones in a lineThe 2020 Bible Workshop Weekend will be focused on how our use of technology can help or hinder our walk with God. Phil Robertson from Gainsville, Florida is the featured speaker.

The Bible Workshop Weekend begins with congregational singing on Friday, March 13 at 7pm.  Everyone is welcome.

The workshop - designed for students in Middle School through College - begins at 9:30am on Saturday, March 14th.

Our goal in this workshop is to be more aware of the way technology affects us (for good and bad) and to channel the amazing technologies we have toward service to God.

We will examine how technology changes us, how it can be manipulated, how we can set it aside in order to draw closer to God, and some wise rules for living with technology.

Workshop sessions include:

  • Who is Controlling Who? How Technology Changes Us
  • Is Technology My Friend? Designed Addiction
  • Re-entering the Holy Place: Drawing Neart to God
  • Do’s and Don’ts for Technology

The hope is that you will leave the workshop better equipped to stay connected to God and be in control of your life.

We ask that you register (free) so we have materials for everyone.

If you are traveling to Little Rock, members of the Fairview congregation will provide lodging for those who need a place to stay.  Please indicate this on the form when you register.
