Evangelists Jacob Holman and Gavin Williams
Jacob Holman
Jacob Holman was born in Oxford, MS, and spent most of his youth there. He graduated from Mississippi State University in December 1998 with a B.B.A. While in college, Jacob began “fill-in” preaching for several churches in Mississippi. He also completed a summer program with Lawrence Kelley and the Stonegate congregation in Pt. Arthur, Texas.
After graduating from MSU, Jacob completed two additional preacher training programs: a one-year program with Harold Turner with the Northside church of Christ in Greenwood, AR, and a two-year program with Mark White and the College View congregation in Florence, AL.
Upon completion of these training programs, Jacob began working with the North Jasper church in Jasper, AL, in July 2002. In August 2008, Jacob and his wife, Anna, moved to Elizabethtown, KY, to work with the College View congregation. During their time in Kentucky, Jacob and Anna had three children, Abigail, Elijah, and Joshua.
Jacob began working with the Fairview congregation in January 2022.
Gavin Williams
Gavin Williams was born and raised in Fayetteville, Tennessee. It was there that he began fill-in preaching for his home congregation at the age of 14. Gavin went to college at Florida College in Tampa, Florida, where he met his wife and best friend, Elaine.
Gavin initially came to Fairview Park as an intern in July 2022. He accepted the full-time job at the end of his internship. He and Elaine are excited to work with the family at Fairview for years to come. Gavin began working full-time with Fairview in January 2024.
